Education, Opportunity, and a Fair Shot at Achieving the American Dream

We thank the Phoenix Business Journal for highlighting the efforts of the Maricopa High School Equivalency Program (MHEP) to their readers! MHEP aims to bring education to the Migrant Farmworker Community and their immediate family living in the same household.

MHEP is a federally funded five-year discretionary grant from the Office of Migrant Education that assists migrant and seasonal farm workers, and members of their immediate family earn their General Education Development (GED) certificate. This program equips participants to enter postsecondary education or training programs, upgraded employment, or the military. MHEP is passionate about making learning accessible and believes in the American Dream for all.
