Content Creation and Social Media: AI is also transforming content-driven areas, with 82% of companies using it for content creation and 70% relying on AI tools for social media posting and management. These advancements allow for more efficient content workflows and real-time audience engagement.
Privacy Concerns Persist: AI raises privacy concerns for 36.9% of SMEs despite its benefits. This highlights the need for transparent, secure AI solutions that protect user data.
Affordability of AI: With 65.9% of businesses willing to allocate up to $1,000 monthly for AI tools, SMEs see value in these technologies but need cost-effective and accessible solutions.
